GYMREAPER13 For Biceps, I do 10x10x20's with a cambrage bar for curling. Start with maybe 80lbs.for a 10 count. Then strip off 10lbs.,then do 10 more. Then do that again. That is one set. This has really put some mass on me. Jul 5, 2012 5:24am
