How I Started: Watching arnold schwarzenegger movies when i was young. Then i went down to the local health club and tried the few machines they had. Then i started reading bodybuilding mags, and have been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It: The pump... the feeling of feeling great... and knowing i am in shape. And i want to be able to show my friends what you can do with it. Inspire them.
How I Stay Motivated: Now this is my biggest problem. The last many times i have tried this, i have stopped within a month. So this time, i am pooling in so much of my willpower.
BB Accomplishments: none so far... watch this space, lots coming soon... :)

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): bodyfat at 18%, and gain muscle in 3 months.
Goal (Long): My goal is to get down to 18% bodyfat within 3 months. And also get as much muscle as possible within that time. My end goal is 10-12 percent bodyfat and full abs showing, with great musculature all over.

if life conspires against you, and things do happen to knock you off the training horse. Don't worry. Don't fret. Don't feel guilty.

Just dust yourself off, and get back on it as soon as you can.

I know i just did it this way.... many things happend to me.. nothing big.. only small...

Thanks for the add and compliments. Congrats on the progress that you have made so far- you should be very pround of yourself for your achievements. You are lucky because guys are able to transform their bodies quicker. Good luck in all of your bodybuilding endeavors.
