I exercise to dvd's my boyfriend (Tony) got me and work out with fit tv also. I like the different routines through the week..I do full body one day with tredmill.. 3 miles..and each day I do a different body part..
Why I Love It:
It's something I'm doing for me and no one else!! Gives me more engery and it's a good way to let off steam when needed..
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing hopefully one day I will look as nice as other women that are working out!!
I want to tone my body in general, but most of all get rid of the belly and have nice abs..get rid of the jelly legs also....
Goal (Long):
By next summer I would like to feel good and look nice in a bathing suit. It has actually been years since I have wore one. No I'm not a big girl but not by any means in shape..but I am working toward that..
Well I am 5 months into my workouts and I have made some progress, I started with a size 32 waist and now am at a size 29, I have only lost 5 lbs. but the fat is turning to muscle so..my weight isn't going to change much right now..and I have to stay away from the cookies..LOL...I do have to say...
awww sorry to hear that Barb! I'm glad that you are at least doing something, but take care of your shoulder and neck...something you definitely don't want to mess with.
Yeah I love that pic too! But that's my granddaughter. ;)
