Lil_Guy Thanks man! Nothing special, just super strict diet and eating schedule. I hit abs usually twice a week really hard. Hanging leg left are def my fav! I have made quite a few variations. I'm sure they have all been done before somewhere though. hah Aug 1, 2009 2:03pm
