Thanks man! Nothing special, just super strict diet and eating schedule. I hit abs usually twice a week really hard. Hanging leg left are def my fav! I have made quite a few variations. I'm sure they have all been done before somewhere though. hah

Hey buddy, yeah i took inferno by interactive with good results. Couldn't stop sweating though! If you're going to give it a try to get the original one from canada because the substitute one is much weaker. Cheers, will
