When I Started:
How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was in 8th grade with my father. He got me hooked on the rush of working out. I have been working out ever since and try to maintain an active lifestyle playing as many as 3 sports in High School and then playing football in College.
Why I Love It:
The rush of adrenaline your body produces when pushing your body to the limits. Whether it is lifting weights or a running/sprinting until failure. And of course the way it makes me look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
The easiest way for me to get motivated is too look in the mirror. I know where I want to be, I just need the dedication to get there and the help of Bodyspace to achieve my goals.

My Starting point. Way too many Miller Lites this summer and Browns tailgating. Ugh
Getting there. too much bf but very happy with results so far
Every Man dies....but not every Man truly lives!!!
Goal (Long):
I have played sports all my life. I currently weigh 220lbs. I played football in college at 225lbs. Well that was 12 years ago and I do not need to push 300lb lineman off me anymore. I would like to get to a more healthy weight of around 200lbs and a few inches off my waist. My body carries weight very well and most people, when asked, say I look like I weigh 200lbs now. That is not the case. I want to get cut up and lose the love handles. My current diet is descent but I know it needs to be much better to achieve this goal. I run a 10K (6.2 miles) race every Spring and my goal is to run it under 50 minutes. I have yet to break the 50 minute mark and with my weight down I think I can achieve it. Wish me luck!
Lil 80's flashback for y'all. so just updated my progress pics for first time all year. It has been a slow journey so far but I am seeing some great results. had to tweak the diet and what not. the weekends have been killing me. i usually do not work out and seem to eat way too much. ...
At least you are doing the workouts and that offsets the stress of busy. My world? Alles gute. I am gearing up for my adventure in London and Italy with my best friend. SO excited. Where are those 80's pics? Thought I would get some Hammer time.
Nice physique man! Looks like your making awesome progress toward your goal - great progress photos! Good luck with the rest of the journey! The best is always in the future! ~Ray
ha ha its not boring! I work for a finance company that raises capital for SME's (like a mini stock exchange) so I have a small idea about stocks/trading etc... It sounds very interesting though! Hows your training going?
