I was always working out as an athlete in highschool and college. I took a health class in college that totally changed my view on food and overall health. From then on I wanted to be the best I could and develop a new eating habbit.
Why I Love It:
The gym is my second home, I enjoy challenging my body. I look forward to finding new ways to work out and see the transformation take place. I couldn't live without working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
The most important thing you have in your life is your health, without it you wouldn't have anything else!

Since college I have lost 44lbs

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running, it works the best for my body, but I really do like jump roping. It gets your heart rate up quickly and you can work on your core and legs while doing it.
Yeah, I decreased the time and reeeeaaaly increased the intensity of my cardio last week.. Helped me get off what I had gained celebrating the goal I hit last week. Now I need to just keep at it and hit this next one.
