I've been an athlete all my life, so working out was a necessity.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. Everytime I leave the gym I feel like I've accomplished something.

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to play professional golf while maintaining a high level of fitness. My gym time is currently scheduled around my golf practice, but I'm going to start changing things around again. I want to gain 6-8 lbs. of lean muscle mass, but remain flexible enough to stay competitive in my golf game.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think it's annoying.....it's not needed. All you're doing is looking and sounding like an idiot!

People who talk on their cell phones. They should revoke your membership for talking on the phone while in the gym.

Since I've been spending more time on the course than in the gym I had to change my workouts up a little bit. So now I'm in the gym 3 days a week instead of 5, but I have still maintained the same amount of strength and definition.
