I've been an athlete all my life, so working out was a necessity.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. Everytime I leave the gym I feel like I've accomplished something.

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is to play professional golf while maintaining a high level of fitness. My gym time is currently scheduled around my golf practice, but I'm going to start changing things around again. I want to gain 6-8 lbs. of lean muscle mass, but remain flexible enough to stay competitive in my golf game.
Since I've been spending more time on the course than in the gym I had to change my workouts up a little bit. So now I'm in the gym 3 days a week instead of 5, but I have still maintained the same amount of strength and definition.
This Tuesday I did my usual Chest, Tri's, Calves, Abs and...
abs comin along gr8, buddy. keep packin on the lean muscle, work those delts and bring on that powerful swing. kill the ball...best in the pursuit of golf. If you believe, really believe, you will persist (Zig Zigler), Peace, RIch
