Thank you. Yeah, I think it's the obstacles I've overcome from which I get most of my strength. It does start from the inside. Just checked out your progress and A) I was stunned by your age and B) Your gains since 2004 have been phenominal! I made a guess at your arm measurement and it looks like I over guessed by 0.5 inch. You sure those aren't 18's by now? ;)
