I've been training swimming and handball for about 10 years and now I decided that I want to build up some more muscle.

lol i had the same with my legs, i overtrained them so i couldn't use them in the gym for over two weeks! Maybe a weightgainer is good for you, i use it as well right now cause i couldn't eat as much as i wanted to. How often do you train?
