My first photo here. I've trained swimming and handball for 10 years with almost only body-weight exercises. In the future I wan't to see some results...
I'm actually quite happy with my body this summer. The only problem has been with my gym, it's been closed since june 25th, so my work-outs have mainly been cardio.
Ok sounds like you're a sportive guy, good! Well that was to be expected ofcours wit a sicpack :) You're welcome for the tip if you have any for me please share cause i've only been doing this for a year now.
lol i had the same with my legs, i overtrained them so i couldn't use them in the gym for over two weeks! Maybe a weightgainer is good for you, i use it as well right now cause i couldn't eat as much as i wanted to. How often do you train?
