How I Started:
I started for the first time maybe 1992. Just with some weights at home. Through college I got more involved into weight training. But the really kick i´ve got, when we came home from a week vacation in chicago in 2006 and I weighted 92 kg. After that, I knew i´ve got to start it seriously. Since then´i´m workin relatively consistent.
Why I Love It:
it´s almost the best feeling when you have finished the workout and you´re standing under the shower or you´re relaxing in the sauna and you know:"i´ve done something for my body and my health", and you went to your limit and you´re totally empty and happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always want to reach the best possible body composure and watch how my body transform

ok so i´m tryin to get 3 clean, serious weeks together. Started Monday with my second "animal cuts" and don´t wanna waste the money without tryin my best to eat as clean as possible and train as serious as possible.

First 2 days worked :). Started each day with 15...
