When I Started:
How I Started:
I started for the first time maybe 15 Years ago. Almost with some weights at home. Through college I got more involved in "bodybuilding".
But the really kick i´ve got, when we came home from a week vacation in chicago last year in may and I weighted 92 kg. After that, I knew i´ve got to start something. Since then´i´m workin my butt of (I lost 10 Kg in two month and now i´m at 79 - 80).
Why I Love It:
it´s almost the best feeling when you have finished the workout and you´re standing under the shower or you´re relaxing in the sauna and you know:"i´ve done something for my body and my health", and you went to your limit and you´re totally empty and happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Allways want to reach the best possible body composure and watch how my body transform
Lift off --> BOSTON !!! cu in the states.
Two weeks hard hitting iron. I´m leavin on a jetplane, DO know when i´ll be back again :)
Goal (Long):
I want to become the best body possible within my abilities. I want to rip down my bodyfat down to about 10% so that my abs are "shining" and the 6pack (8pack?!?)looking like a part of a statue made by a sculptor.
Always keep workin out and train as hard as possible.
Get back on the cardio-track and get my butt hard as stone ;)
ok so i´m working out now since monday in my "temp" gym in andover and guess what: It´s never as easy at it seems. Before i left, i wrote down every exercise i normally do in my routines with my used weight (in Kilogramm for sure) and to make it EASY, i...
Hallo Harry! Es ist sehr gut von dir zu hören. Was machst du heute? Schlafen? Arbeiten? Gewichte heben? Hier ist jetzt Freitag Abend und ich bin zu Hause! Ich habe nichts zu tun. Nicht gut! Wann kommst du nach Boston?
Hello ;-) I been doing pretty good. the diet is going ok.. having some issues but i will be fine. I agree with you when it comes to my ass smaller is not better, LOL. Dont worry i wont lose my bum, bum ;)
Oooh, I wouldn't be happy about missing a holiday, either! I'm trying so hard to get over to Germany next summer. I really hope it happens. My grandpa was German and all of my cousins have been, but I never have, and I'm the only one who speaks German (ein bisschen!) Are you moving to the States or just visiting?
Gosh, I wish I was getting a holiday. I need one! Memorial Day is coming up sometime in May, I'm just not sure when - need to look at a calendar. Two holidays on one day is sort of strange - you crazy Germans! Hopefully tomorrow will be sunny for you!
LOLOL! I am laughing so hard because you used three languages in your last message to me! My day wasn't the best, at least it hasn't been so far anyway, but hey, I can roll with the punches. Tomorrow will be better - hopefully! So, you have the morning off, huh? Perfect for a long workout. I skipped the gym today and went to the park and ran instead. 77 degrees and sunny - perfect! - I just couldn't stay in.
A dancer who likes kittens, maybe? Ja, höffentlich meine Schüler werden nicht mir hier entdecken, aber ob es geschehen werde ich nur lachen. Was sonst kann ich tun?
Hast du einen schönen Tag!
Hey! Alles ist sehr gut! Diese Wochende war zu kühl, aber das Wetter heute ist sehr schön.
Training is awesome! I didn't know how much of a difference two months could make until I compared those pics of mine. It's good to hear from you!
Oh, I agree with you completely! My heritage is German, and I'm very proud of it. I always try to unteach the stereotypes my students have, and it's a shame they still persist.
And as far as the German language goes, at least it makes sense. English doesn't! lol!
I hope you're having a great day!
LOL! They may. I get a kick out of the stereotypes they have. I asked them at the beginning of the year why they chose to study German instead of French or Spanish and the answers I got were beer, cars, nazis, and because when you speak German you sound angry. No wonder I have 90% boys! I love them all, though.
