To be a "Transformation of the Week" by June 1, 2010
Goal (Long):
I would like to get my body at a level it has never been before. I do not want to get it all bodybuilder like. However, I would like to lower my weight to 180 lbs and my body fat lowered to at least 10%. I know I can do this, but I always get stuck on the weekends. I still like to go out with friends and drink. But, I need a lot of motivation to not "over due" it on the weekends. So, that is where all of you come in. I need all the motivation you got!
So, I am going to fully commit myself to this website, the "First Ever Transformation" group, and my bodyspace page. I am going to consistently update my progress, pictures, stats, forum posts, etc.
Also, I will be adding video blogs on various topics. I might talk about...
Srry i havent been updating..Like i mentioned in my last blog, life took a different turn on me. trying to find a job currently so i can get back into the swing of things again.
The good update is im having my first wrestling match back in the ring since the accident 12.12.09 in Wildomar CA.
I will make a weekly point to drop in at least.
I just stopped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. By following a great exercise, cardio and nutrition program both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lost a significant amount of weight and look better than we ever have and in only 12 weeks. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all your fitness dreams. Stay strong, focused and determined
since u seem to know, i do have another question. I am now gonna ramp up the cardio to 5 to 6 days per week and usually only eat 2 or 3 healthy meals. Should i be eating every 3 hours something protein or what. I don't want to gain weight here but want to see muscle gains and body fat drop....I have no idea about my diet now...please help if u can.
Thanks u jus made my day:-) ...
The results better be around de corner.. I cant hav been eating all these leaves nd chicken breasts... not to mention the super hours and pain i have had to endure in and out of the gym.. and the slight paralysis from pounded muscles..
Holy Crap -you fell off a balcony. I am glad you are OK and no serious injuries. I would just take the DR's advice, rest and just watch your food intake until you can work out again. Maybe it is a sign to take it easy?
Yeah man, thanks for the reply. I'm still trying to get my diet straight. I've got a cuzin (the guy in my friends list) that gave me a diet plan, so I'm just learning to hit all of my macros, that's why my weight has been fluctuating. But if you have any advice from reading my blogs and workouts let me know I'd really appreciate it, and I'll do the same. later man
Thanks for the advice on fat burners! I tried one I found at GNC- it had some relatively safe ingredients. But as you said I do not think they work at all! I am relying on cardio to burn it off.
