LET'S GO B TEAM!!!
Here's a side pic. I couldn't take a back pic - couldn't get the camera/mirror thing together... I need to get back on track! May just wasn't the greatest month... Oh well, ONWARD!
Things are goin alright. There were several weeks when working out was far from consistent and may have only worked out a handful of times due to illness and throwing out my arm. I went ahead and bought a road bike, so my cardio is back on, but I need to get my metabolism back up to par. Weights and abs are still below what they used to be, but i'm working on that too. *shrugs* overall, I'm satisfied with the progress i'm making and will be back to where I was in maybe a weeks time.
hey..good to see ya with some new progress pics..I wouldn't say you look worse because of the month of endurance training, you're legs are lookin much better..*shrugs* now that march is over you can start hittin the weights again. it's always a rollercoaster ride anyways.
Hey Lady! Thanks for the compliment & the ADD. My back routine is NOT really much at all. I generally train back 2's/wk, one exercise ONLY. Varied rest times, sets and reps throughout each week. NEVER the same thing twice in a row. Have a superb wkend. *smile*
