we decided that for now, i shouldn't be trying to drop my body fat too much but more concentrate on adding muscle and increasing my weight since my goal is 130lbs. so far so good!

Things are going great! She's helped me clean up my eating habits A LOT and has had me slowly upping my calories so I can gain muscle and not too much body fat...don't know how anyone has the time to EAT THIS MUCH!!!!

Hey! I'm doing great, how are you? My main concern is legs/back. My arms are always the first place to beef out:P What exercises do you do for your back? I can't get over how great it looks!
