When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started the day we went to the weight room for high school gym class. I played soccer so I had good lower body strength, but never worked out. When I couldn't bench 135, I decided it was time to start working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the increase in energy and general motivation I get from working out. Kind of like a runners "high" I guess.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard for me. Lately it's been my wedding. I want to fill out my Tux (which I want to be extremely fitted).
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing special, but probably when I broke 415 lbs on the deadlift.

Goal (Long):
Since I graduated from college, I lost a lot of size and strength. I want to gain it back and then some.
Main goals:
Increase lean body mass. I would like to be 200-205 lbs with a BF% in the single digits.
I want to put some decent mass on my legs, triceps, lats and traps.
