Background
After 2 years of college without working out I noticed I was putting on weight. I started college at 107 pounds and by junior year I had reached 120 pounds. The guys I dated started making negative comments about my size. My self esteem was suffering and I noticed that the weight gain was getting more rapid. I decided it was time to do something about it before I reached a point where I felt like it would take too much effort to be the size that makes me feel the most comfortable.
Working out is a good stress/anger release. I also like looking in the mirror and seeing myself gaining muscle definition.
