The raw foods always help. I felt great for that one day I just ate raw foods. But it was short lived I pushed it to far to soon. The food poisoning physically is a set back but don't let it be mentally! Hope your feeling better!

I go for every 90 minutes. Since I don't have much of an appetite and I get full so easily. Small portions and lots of supplements. It's just easier and less filling. I should be eating like garbage now it would make me gain weight easier probably add some more BF but at this point i'm just disappointed with my actual weight gain.

I used to eat maybe a meal a day? I have eating issues: Effect of annorexia is that your body kinda loses touch with hunger is or what it feels like. So I forget to eat sometimes. Hangovers are fairly easy to conquer, MV before bed, gatorade / water, goji and green drink in the morning. =)

Yah I work at a GNC so trial and error is my life. I didn't like superpump because of digestive issues or as a few employees like to call it. "SuperDUMP" That's the exact reason why i got Con-Cret. But I think I'm going to weight for when I maintain or cut weight because I could use the extra calories from the sugar atm. =) Keep posting good blogs.

I do ext. rotations on bench, lying Rotators on Bench, and Lying Superman with Alternating Arms. But I do that like for 2 weeks before bulking. I should do it more like after my workout or on my off days. Any other recommendations for rotators? And the skin won't tighten fast enough. =/ When I bulk I just feel fat.

Casein's taste was my only dislike. I don't mind the vanilla. But I just prefer cottage cheese with fruit =) Side Note: Cookies'n'cream usually has palm kernal oil in it. I don't know if i mentioned that earlier. I developed a habit of just reading the nutrition facts and ingredients on everything I eat. I've also not ate something because I didn't know what was in it. My body can't handle "shitty" food anymore. Healthy food tastes better anyway =)

I used to be 198 26-28% BF like 4 years ago. I got down to 163-165 4.8% bf but I didn't like how I looked. Lots of excess skin. I did that with low to moderate carbs and only healthy fats. Incline bench is my weakest exercise and it's also the one that I have got hurt on the past two injuries. I might be stealing your idea for the smith machine. =)

I personally think casein is awful. And I avoid any protein powder with Palm Kernal Oil which is in all cookies&Cream. Taste wise Muscle Milk Light, Monster milk, syntha 6, ON gold standard are among my favorites. But quality should be the determining factor. Instead of casein just have milk or cottage cheese w/ fruit. Casein vanilla by ON doesnt taste bad. ya gotta experiment =P

You honestly don't need 99% of supps out on the market. They are there to SUPPLEMENT your diet. Diet is most of the game, eating right and sleeping right. Whey, Multi, omega-3... Perhaps look into Ginkgo, Huperzine, and other good brain food. Suppose to help with concentration and focus. =P There will always be other tests.

I'm going to probably do two cycles. I'm going almost all gaspari with Plasmajet, Superpump and Sizeon. Any flavors recommended... I'm doing Fruit punch now and will never try orange. And I have grape size on so i dont want to do grape then more grape. What ya think? Blue Raspberry Ice Lemon Burst Raspberry Lemonade Tropical Punch

Just beware when you keep the same workout routine or do not get enough calories you might plateau. But enjoy every single bit of these workouts. =) Perfect example of, "No pain no game!" You should see some dramatic losses. Do you have these workouts logged? (i didnt check yet :-P)

Nothing really similar. I did over-train when I was younger but that was 5+ days a week usually 7. I wouldn't push this over a month to a month and half. your going to really get some runner's high! =) Keep the blogs coming i'm interested on the results! Make sure to properly fuel yourself. Whats your diet looking like while doing this?

Tonight I'm suppose to spend my friends last day in the states. Maybe party? Tomorrow, workout and haircut (finally!), then cheat dinner... Woot woot... Thenthen then sunday... Coffee with cousin, basketball, and then work again :-( yourself?
