izarg How far into it are you? I saw amazing results from Jamie's. We had a 12 week challenge at work, and LiveFit was the program I chose to follow. I believe food is 80% of it. Eating clean 5-6x/day and cutting alcohol (I love wine) made all the difference. It's hard, but worth it! It's cool to see what you're capable of. Look at my March 19 progress pics and you can see the 12 week change. I recommend her program to anyone! Let me know if you have any other questions. I'd love to help! Dec 7, 2012 10:30am

Soccergirl12 Honestly my diet was the most important thing. I have stuck to clean eating and watching my portion sizes. I have stuck with Jaime's daily plan back/bicep, chest/tricep etc but change the exercises that don't work for me. I play on a couple of sports teams so I am doing some sprint work with my cardio. I like working my abs so I try to get some work in with that every other day. I am still learning myself and keep researching for new things to do. Dec 6, 2012 11:29am

Soccergirl12 I don't have any suggestions off the top of my head. I am following Jaime Easton's program as a guide but changing up my exercises as needed. I have added more cardio in the first couple weeks. You are going to have to start experimenting to see what works best for you. I would start by doing research and maybe looking at transformation stories and how they accomplished their goals. The thing that has helped the most for me is diet. Dec 6, 2012 11:04am

Soccergirl12 Gaining muscle is not a bad thing. Diet is a huge part of the fat loss. I never really believed in it until I started eating clean. It is amazing how much better you feel. I saw that you are friends with someone I know 'izarg'. She gave me some awesome recipes that are really good. I have to say portion control and eating 4-5 small meals was the hardest thing for me to do. I was so tired the first 2 weeks but I feel better now. Nov 28, 2012 6:36pm
