Started working out with my dad when I was 16 because I wanted to get in shape and prove him wrong, and I got hooked and continued to do because I fell in love and became addicted.
Why I Love It:
Working out is like the ultimate high for me, great stress reliever, and kicks up the endorphins in my body. I love feeling like I have control over my body and of course because I want to feel like I have a nice, toned body. Feeling tired after a workout and the burn the next day help me feel like I've accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its become somewhat of an addiction so I don't need much motivation except how it makes me feel when I work out and how I feel when I don't. If I hit a low, I try to switch it up and try something new.
BB Accomplishments:
Feeling better about myself and my body and becoming toned, stronger, and having more endurance.
