Why I Love It:
It makes me feel alive and improves my overall state of mind in any given situation. By improving yourself in any way you are glorifying God. Feeling confident and loving yourself is key in spreading the word. Nobody looks to someone for support if they are insecure and unhappy. Jesus wasn't unsure of himself in the things he did and spoke...who would have taken him seriously if he used phrases like "I can't?" How can one follow his example by doubting who they are as a person, and by putting limits on their abilities?
How I Stay Motivated:
The number one motivator in any goal I've had has been my faith and having Jesus Christ as a top priority..through him I can excel in anything.

Hi Kerri. Just stopped by to see how its going. Small set backs will happen. Seems like u r refocused. Thats good. I think shoulders r easy to build. Do 5-6 diff exercizes 3-5 sets of each. Lots of reps. Super set some or all. U will have great shoulders in no time. U r lookin nice & lean. Stick with it. Bob
