How I Started:
Like many here I played sports in HS and College and the daily workouts kept me in good shape. Now after kids I have let myself go and my body is looking neglected.
Why I Love It:
I love the way taking care of myslef makes me feel. When I am in the zone of working out and eating right that good stuff flows into every area of my life. I love working out first thing in the morning it starts my day off right.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is the goal. To lose the body fat and keep it off and stay motivated to keep excersising and eating clean. I want to be 40 and fabulous.

My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle. I want to be able to see my shoulder and tricep separation at any time and to see the muscles on my quads. After having three kids I don't want to cover up when we go to the beach I want to be comfortable enough to wear what I want and other moms to look at me and say, "Wow, she looks great after three kids"
I came back from my trip and felt ok considering I did not eat very clean while away. I didn't gain any pounds so that is a good thing. I am getting a little discouraged because the scale is barely moving, but I am going to keep going. I think I really need to start doing two a day...
