Overall Goal: I want to lose the most weight in my abdomen area, but need to tone up all over...My legs are my strongest feature, so would like to tone those up more and build upper body strength.

How I Started:
I joined a gym last Feb. 2008 and quit in Sept. 2008 because of the inconvenience. I gained back all the weight I had lost, so 2 weeks ago bought home gym equipment. It's much more convenient, so easier to stick to.
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of accomplishment in meeting your fitness goals.

Went from 206 lbs. in Sept. 2005 to current weight of 163...I was down to 150 lbs. last year, so trying to get back down to that weight.

Goal (Long):
I have bought some weights and a step box (bench) to do 30 min. workouts 5 days a week. I have a kettlenetics set coming on Monday and will start that on Monday to get a full body workout.

I am currently doing the Kettlenetics routine which is a full body workout using kettebells. Currently I am alternating between a 4 lb. kettlebell and a 7 lb. kettlebell until I work back into a routine. I have done this routine for 2 months, 5 days a week in the past and lost 15 lbs and toned...
