How I Started:
I came home for a quarter during college and needed money, so I got a job in a gym. I was addicted the second I started seeing results...which fortunately only took a few weeks!
Why I Love It:
I like the control I have in shaping different parts of my body. It's always a work in progress, but you can see what your hard work has accomplished! A muscular body is very appealing...
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't ever want anyone to say, "oh my god, she's really let herself go..." Mostly, so I'll feel good about myself, but it helps to know my husband thinks I look good:)
BB Accomplishments:
So far, the only thing I can claim is some magazine exposure...in Muscle Elegance, Oxygen and the current issue of Planet Muscle (March/April 2007 for a "Fit Moms" article)
