How I Started:
Gained alot of weight while in a bad relationship. Now that my will to live has returned I have rediscovered why I love to workout.
Why I Love It:
Its almost an out of body experience. Something happens when I get to the point where every muscle is screaming at me to quit. Then all of a sudden everything fades away and I forget that I am even moving. It feels like that strange place right as you fall asleep. I absolutely love it.
Just finished Mark Twight's notes on working out. He has alot of good ideas that I am going to adopt. I will move from single muscle exercises to more compound movements. This should make for a better whole body workout, but will take some time to transition to. I look forward to a much...
