well, i remeber way back in grade school, one of my good friends use to curl dumbels, and at a young age i saw how it paid of for him. working and being fit followed me. in highschool it was for football... now its for a different type of sport...th rest is history
Why I Love It:
its a lifestyle full of dicipline, that i cary out or atleast try to in every other aspect of life. It challanges me to be and do better. I set goals.

I wish lol, all i know is i jumped on it for a week and lost like 7 pounds, had to add another 800 calories to my diet just to maintain 150, 3700 calories to maintain 150 is not fun especially when you don't like to eat all the time. You're jumpin on it tho?
