well, i remeber way back in grade school, one of my good friends use to curl dumbels, and at a young age i saw how it paid of for him. working and being fit followed me. in highschool it was for football... now its for a different type of sport...th rest is history

its a lifestyle full of dicipline, that i cary out or atleast try to in every other aspect of life. It challanges me to be and do better. I set goals.

Im hoping to get down to 190 or so, I'm using L2 Extreme from Celllucor to get rid of some water weight first.. other than that, clean diet, cardio 3x a week, and my regular training

hey bro, saw your post about the protein. just a heads up, you should check into GMP certified products. If a company/product is GMP certified, you can be damn sure that what is on the label is actually what you're getting. In short, GMP is a federally imposed standard that assures quality and accuracy in your supps. You SHOULD be able to find it on labels, if not, just do some reading up on anything you're taking
