How I Started:
I always loved to push myself, and thats when i started lifting some dusty old dumbells in my closet (10 lb's). I remeber strictly doing curls and once i started to notice results it sparked my imagination for how much bigger i could make myself. I just now recently started getting into the nutrition/lifestyle part of bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
After a little bit of time you start to see results, and this is the biggest satisfaction for me. Another reason why is to see your body as a canvas, and how you paint (build) whatever you want, to look however you want.
How I Stay Motivated:
As the second year passes that is a huge issue for me, for i have been on and off. However seeing some of my friends start to pick up lifting and be succesfull at it, sparks the interest of lifting for me again.
BB Accomplishments:
i would have to say at my highpoint, having 16 and a half inch arms.

Through my whole experience of lifting i have found high points (main points of interest in the sport). I will admit recently i have been trailing behind and losing(muscle)weight and alot of stregnth.i would constantly try and assure myself that "ok sarting next week i'm gonna kick ass and start".This however would not happen.Now with the discovery of this site and reading and seeing how people have changed their lives with working out/body building it brings back the love i had for the sport.I have implimented a whole new schedule, with new suppliments. I am now starting to feel the rush and passion for the sport i used to have when i first started seeing my little arms grow.
