Goals:
Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
Develop every muscle in my body starting from the core outward.
Goal (Long):
Go through phases of body development. So far in my planning, I've come to this schedule. Phase 1 - Beginner workout. Very standard lifts. All compound lifts strongly emphasizing the core(deadlifts, squats, military press). Low weights with PERFECT ROM and breathing. 8 weeks Phase 2 - Intermediate workout for shape. Same compound lifts as the beginner workout but changing rep scheme. Will go as high as 40 reps on some lifts but stay around 20 for most. Adding in some isolation exercises, hence "intermediate." Will go a new route. I dont want the same look everyone and their brother is sporting. I want functional size. 8 weeks Phase 3 - Heavy bag work and bodyweight exercises sprinked with some EXTRA cardio 2x a week. After packing on the muscle from phase 2, I want to cut it up with a boxing routine and cardio. High intensity, fat burning sessions with a full body workout of bodyweight exercises toward the end. 10 weeks That's all I have for the moment. Will be brainstorming some more on this soon.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%

For what it's worth, I'm impressed with your development. You've got excellent shape to your physique at a relatively young age. Keep up the great work and good luck reaching your goals, you are clearly well on your way!
