Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pulled muscles from not warming up, which is always my own fault.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
For me not warming up, it takes 10 minutes, do it.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
