Just decided it was time to change me. My whole life I was always the fat kid, and I wanted it to change. Plus I want to bring Sexy Back.
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel great. Whenever I hit a PR in the gym, I feel like a superstar. And the soreness I feel the next day or two makes me feel like I am really doing something.
How I Stay Motivated:
think about what I used to be and also the fact that I want to live a long healthy life. I plan to have kids and I want to be the dad who is always playing with his kids whether its sports or hide and go seek, I just need to be fit and healthy so there will never be a reason for me not to enjoy life with my family!
BB Accomplishments:
As of right now my biggest accomplishment is losing over 50 lbs in less than a year.

His transformation was incredible. I just started on here and I have trouble getting motivation to get back to losing weight.
I think seeing him really gave me a morale boost and let me know it can be done!
Yea I'm realizing each day that I am becoming more and more addicted and its crazy..like even the off days, I sometimes will still end up training, and those days usually will be like a free for all training day, or max out day
Thats good to hear that you are hitting it hard. It's like I tell people, its cool when things are good its easier to keep pushing, but its when things go wrong or bad thats when we have to keep that same drive and push harder. Training for me is going pretty well, getting more intense everyday. Yea I have that lil issue with my biceps, so I train them longer and harder on the days I train them
