I was always athletic as a student in school, but fell off during my college years and became overweight. I decided after college to start a sensible diet and workout consistently. The result was a good degree of weight loss and about 15-20 pounds of lean muscle mass added.
Why I Love It:
I feel that working out is the one thing in life that is a fair give and give arrangement, whatever I give to my workouts,whether it be 50% or 150% it will give that back to me in return, ultimately I alone am responsible for whatever benefits I get.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by the progress I make and the goal I am trying to reach, I also like the way I look In my clothes now.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining about 15-20 ponds of muscle while keeping body fat relatively low.
