How I Started:
My brother is really into it, and I've read through his magazines quite a bit. Through those, I was introduced to fitness modeling rather than bodybuilding. I really admire Marzia Prince's figure, and I'd really like to regain self confidence and an intimidating figure once again.
Why I Love It:
I'm not sure yet. This is the first time I'll be really really working out. I do love to run, walk, and dance, so hopefully I can incorporate those. They allow me to relieve anger & stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really need to bounce back. Its been a rough road and I'd really like to be proud of myself and take better care of my body and show it off!!! =)
BB Accomplishments:
I lost and kept off 20 lbs (THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE GAINED TO BEGIN WITH) thus far... but I need to lose the final 50.

I am getting back down to 8-10% body fat and evening out my overall muscle mass. I am going to get CUT! I am going to be in the best possible health.
Goal (Long):
I am going to get down to my goal weight of 110-115 lbs, reduce my thighs 30%, lose 4 inches off of my waist, reduce my bicep measurement by 2 inches (mostly a fat loss issue), and get my six pack/ "V" back. Also, I am going to cut my calves but I am unsure of how to do this other than long slow distance and calf raises/ stairs. I know I could do it in a minimum of three months, but I just recently found the motivation. its going to happen!
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Okay, this might sound weird, but If you take a medium can of pumpkin and a box of spice cake, mix them together *do not follow preparation instructions on box* and bake at the temperature and time given (checking every five to ten minutes with a toothpick to see if they are fluffy and the pick comes out clean)... it may just be the best snack ever. EVER EVER. I'm happy to say I was able to fit in a workout today, but it wasn't to the degree of difficulty I had wanted. Tomorrow is a new day tho, so I'm gonna raise...
yea i got down to like 220 and a 34 inch waist and loved it and then i got lazy and got huge and now i'm gettin back into shape.. not really lookin to lose alot of weight this time.. just fat
then good for me :) ..but i'm serious,you'r so sweet..i guess you lose some weight,you can easily be one of bodyspace celebrity :D
anyway don't worry,already on my celebrity list ;)
