Background

When I Started: Jun 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I wasted about three years of my life playing WoW. Then I got on Wellbutrin and decided to take my life back. Doing cardio and massively restricting calories, I lost 20 pounds quickly but then hit a brick wall. I decided to change my strategy to lifting and eating right.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Having lifted in the past, the progress I'm seeing this time around with following the nutrition principles outlined on this site and in these forums blows me away.
