I have been well into playing college basketball and baseball. I loved the excercising in both sports. Now that i am done with baseball i have been hitting the weights harder.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because you can see result of the body by just lifting weights, eating right, and keeping your body healthy. Results is what i like to see.
How I Stay Motivated:
By just telling my self there is always some1 training harder than you everyday. that pushes me to keep going.
Get my bench press up and more bigger chest. I want to have that six pack and great core which means more cardio and good diet. My calves are the hardest muscle for me to help grow. I need to boost them up a lot along with my hamstrings and quads! Any suggestions let me kno! thanks
i don't do abs every day - but i do start every work out or end every session with some kind of abs...usually a variation of crunches on an decline bench - sometimes with plates, dbs or with medicine ball

yes i did - abs is all about the diet - i do a lot of knee raises weighted crunches and work the wheel..course the core is used in all your training for stability!
