I want to take my health to the next level...suffered a little setback...bicep tendon tear from "scurfing"...no bueno! The "gun show" has been postponed...the rest of me will keep moving forward!
Overall goal is to get my body in the shape I've always wanted it to be in. The time is now! If I keep saying I'm going to do it, I never will. Need to start saying I'm in the process of.
