How I Started:
I gained alot of weight after having my daughter. I joined a gym and the owner talked me into lifting instead of just cardio. I did it off and on for years never anything serious, mosting at home with dumbbells and flat bench. In 2001 I started lifting serious to enter a competition and have been pretty steady since then other then summer 06 when I ate junk food,rode my bike,drank beer and didn't workout. NEVER Again!
Why I Love It:
I just love how it keeps you young and how you can transform your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my before pictures :) I also get alot of motivation from my members
BB Accomplishments:
I've accomplished alot in the past year as far as getting in the best shape of my life. I'm hoping to keep training hard and place in the Nationals in July

Goal (Long):
I need to retrain my way of thinking from bodybuilder to figure. I really need to work on my posing to soften it up and back off on my extreme diet that is second nature when in contest mode.I have the base now I just need to add some bodyfat and be more feminine in my presentation instead of going back to my bodybuilding mindset and flexing to hard. I'll be working with my trainer Wade Gronwold and hopefully kick some ass at Nationals
Good luck on Mar. 29th. I'm sure you'll kick-ass. I'm aiming for the Gopher State Classic right now (& thinking about the Flex Wheeler. . . maybe). How's the cardio goin?
