How I Started:
I am just getting started. I want to be active again and gain muscle, esp in my legs and glutes. Also want to tone up my stomach some.
Why I Love It:
I get some time to myself now that I am a mom that is rare haha! It also makes me feel productive and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be strong and healthy for my son, and sexy for my husband. I know he loves round glutes and thick strong thighs so I am trying to make that happen for him. We vowed to try to keep each other motivated to be the best we can be!
BB Accomplishments:
Having my son. I didn't make it all the way but to 8cm dilated without any drugs, that's pretty good if ya ask me! :) And I got right back to my same size in less than 6 wks postpartum.

A round glute is my husbands favorite part of a woman's body. I have never been naturally blessed with this, though before I had my son I was active and was working towards this goal. Though I lost all of the pregnancy weight, since I am not as active and do not workout anymore, I have lose all muscle in my body. My arms stay fit carrying him @ but otherwise I am the weakest and skinniest I have ever been. I want to gain muscle, tone up my stomach, and bulk up my thighs and glutes. Not only so that I can be that woman my husband drools over but so that I feel better about my body again. I want to get back into the healthy lifestyle I had before my son, so that I can keep up with him and be there for him and his future brothers and sisters. I know I am full of excuses that can be changed if I set my mind to it. My husband and I vowed to motivate each other to be the best we can be, and he suggested I check out this website. I hope I can find some great advice and workouts to get started with. Here's to a rounder bottomed, more fit me!
