Thanks for the comment. To get big I strongly believe in lots of rest. So hit the bodypart once a week hard and heavy, and eat well

17HD works well for me. I usually stack it with NO-Xplode. But I only take it pre-training, about 15-30 minutes. Never tried it when I'm not training.

I like to combine bi's with chest. I usually hit them hard once a week, you also use your bi's quite a bit on back day too.

Regularly man - one day you do them, the next day you rest them ...and do different exercises for them - any muscle doesn't react much after a while if you continuously do the same thing.

I dont know what most people do but what works best for me is every other day and do bi's and tri's on the sameday.
