Started working out right after high school. Taught step and kickboxing Aerobics for about 5 years and have been a personal trainer for about 3 years.
I love staying in shape and the challenge of molding my physique the way I want it.

Posted in Training : Oct 18, 2011 5:58amWell I just finished my final competition of the year. I finished out with the Texas State Championships in the bikini division. I'm not very happy with my placings and decided it's time to make some changes. I've decided I'm not cut out for bikini and I'm going back to figure. It's what I know and I'm more compfortable in that division. I have the body type that I'm kind of in between figure and bikini. It seems I get completely overloooked in bikini and I'm not sure if it's my physique or the fact that I'm not totally at ease in that division.

Posted in Training : Aug 02, 2011 5:05amI'm 10 weeks out from my next contest the Texas State Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure, & Bikini Championships. I'm ready to get going on this one. I will start my diet next week. This will be the last one of the year. I did two shows back to back early in the year and did well in the masters division. I'm hoping to qualify for nationals but the bikini division is huge and I've gotten some mixed messages as to which division I should compete in.
