How I Started:
Started working out right after high school. Taught step and kickboxing Aerobics for about 5 years and have been a personal trainer for about 3 years.
Why I Love It:
I love staying in shape and the challenge of molding my physique the way I want it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I compete in Figure contests so I find my motivation for competing but mostly I get it from within. It's something I've been doing for 20 years. It's just part of my life.

I'm still tryingto add size. I have a very long and lean look i would like to fill it out a bit more.

I'm well into the off-season and with starting a new job, school, and a family life it has been difficult getting on track. My work hours are all over the map and much of my free time is spent on studying and getting my bachelors degree. Its difficult to get my schedule straight with family...
