My main motivation for working out was my passion to get bigger and stronger for football. After high school and while in college I kept lifting and eating well, until I heard the same question over over and over. "What are you lifting for?" Then I thought to myself what am I lifting for...? So I decided, I WANT TO BE A BODY BUILDER!!!
Why I Love It:
The looks and the questions you get form the people in the gym, on the streets, and in the clubs. There is a lot of respect that comes with weightlifting, not only do folks know that it takes hard work and dedication to do what I do. But they also know that I can kick their ass in like 4 seconds flat if a problem occurs!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation comes to me in many different forms but the one that drives me the most is when I look in the mirror and I know I can look better.
BB Accomplishments:
I took 1st place in my first body building competition.

To be a professional body builder! That recently has been a dream of mine. I would love to wake up in the morning and solely do what I love to do and that is work out, and get paid for it. Not only to become a body builder but all the perks that come with it, the sponsors, the magazine covers, and the respect that comes with saying that my occupation is a professional body builder.
Yeah, back needs to be wider bro. Training back is all about feel. If you're not feeling the stretch and squeeze then you might as well not train. Come downtown and jump in with us some time for fun bro. We take back training VERY seriously.
Thanks, I appreciate the answer. More specifically, do you have a recomendation as to where I can find the diet that has worked for you. I figure I want to pay attention to diet, I might as well use waht has worked for others. On that note, are there any specific fat burners you can recomend?
Thanks. Alexi
You are in excellent shape, a true inspiration, congratulations! One question: based on your experience, how could I drop my bf% from 12 to 8-9% so that my abs show? Are you sure you have 12-13% bf? judging from the pics I would guess your bf looks to be much lower.
Thanks

Very cool. Are you doing Delbert's Tri-State in Dayton? I will be there spectating. Are you starting your diet soon? I'm doing posing class downtown every Sunday at 2pm now through June if you ever want any extra practice.
