I want to improve my cardio and get down to around 210-215.
Goal (Long):
I have 3 kids I am getting ready to go back home to and I want to beable to run with them and show them a healthy life style.
I have had many chances to do it right but this is my last deployment and this is a good place to start there is nothing to really tempt me here.
I have changed my whole work out and now run 3 miles a day after work and when I wake up I do Crossfit every day before work. If you want something new and challenging try cross fit for a week, wooooboy
Sweet! Not long now for you! I got back in the beginning of May from Afghanistan. 15 months is a long time, whew. I also missed the beer :) so I have been doing some catching up on block leave. Be safe.

Seem to be makeing good progress. Frend of mine got in exelent shap while he was deployed and had nothing else to do but work eat lift..Haveing a bit of a hard time actualy keeping the progress he made though!
Hey there, thanks! I've been going to East Coast crossfit in Southern Pines/Aberdeen and it is awesome. A nice mix of military and civilian members and the staff is a lot of fun. Be safe coming home, how much longer?
