yeah, I'm 3 days in and loving it! I want to get cut and the gym just wasnt doing it for me. I didnt want to get any bigger cuz I just bought tons of new clothes after losing 30 pounds...

Take protein powder drink after work out usally.I also take 1 teaspoon of No Explode in morning and 1 hour before workout most of the time.And I'm trying to drink 1/2 gallon or more of H2O.
