sounds fun ....as my coordination improves I might want to try martial arts ... I grew up thinking Karate kid was cool.... anyhow I have added swimming into my routine (love it) and focusing on sustaining my muscle mass and focusing hardcore on cutting . I lost 27 pounds so far in 1 year. 185-158 so far... I am still working at getting to 8% bf... I think I am at like 12 now . I will find out soon how is school and the rest of your life ?

hey bro how are ya? I am good .. took some time off from the gym to deal with life. I am back at it this week . throwing swimming in the mix with running and lifting , still gunning for 8-10 bf as soon as possible.

I am good . my program does not do alot of the stat lift this site offers so hence i don't have numbers for those yet . my program was special designed for me to work up to those ... check out my workout tracker for details of how my lifts are coming

lol thanks man, yeah i actually hit over 220lbs, but ive been dieting down for 3 weeks already so down to about 214 now, i think ive got some off season pics floating around somewhere
