How I Started:
I started in 1998 so I could feel healthy and look good for the ladies but quit working out in 2003 due to work, poker, and being lazy. Getting back into it and I plan to be serious this time. Thought that I can learn things on this site and stay motivated from others and learn new workout routines, supplements, etc.
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel great all day long being in shape. Helps you concentrate more and be more confident, also easier to get dates with more beautiful ladies (why else?)...
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to others about goals, supplements, training, new exercises, sports, etc.

Goal (Long):
I used to be in great shape 4 years ago and due to work, too much poker, and being lazy, I desire to get back into shape before Dec 31, 2007. I started back into 6 days a week workouts on February 5, 2007 which emphasized muscle and strength. I'm now where I have 5 more months to reach my ultimate goal for the year so I'm going with more cardio, sports, treadmill, etc. and mixing it up a lot. I plan to lose approx 25 more pounds this year (already lost 30) while maintaining strength and adding more muscle into specific areas that need more attention. I finally got into this website to learn from others and to keep motivated.
OK, so I haven't kept up with a daily blog... business has kept me busy, what can I say... basically the daily routine hasn't changed much, although this past month, had too many birthdays, celebrations, weddings, etc. so too much drinking. I know that was bad, so from now until December,...
football sunday....that means we spoil all of our hard work that we did all week haha....im patiently waiting for the cold activated label to turn blue on my coors
haha yea i no 4-0 what the hell but wen do we play eachother 4 weeks im pretty sure u will be devistated then haha.....but i have been lifting really heavy....just got on a new stack from sci fit.....not big on their products but i feel results. i actually can finally rep out 225 on the bench and throw up the 100's on the flat bench for dumbells which is pretty good for a kid my size......other than that i have just been eating like a horse and still having trouble getting my weight up
Definitely Bengals, but I like both teams. My fiance is from indianapolis, so she is a colts fan. The only time I wouldn't root for the colts would be when they play the bengals.
deff keep up on that cardio kevin ur not playing around huh 3 hr sessions damn... 2 is my max but anyways it was a weekend for football GO PATSSSSSSSSS
ahh .. i was ill last week with bad throat and a cold but im fine now ..
Training shud of started today but car crashes stopped bus route so ill have 2 start 2moz .
Its all good tho i have a new programm written up and im really looking forward to it !
