How I Started:
I heard in order to not look your age you should work out. I am 38 and look 28 and I have been working out for 10 years. I hope being here I will learn more about working out from others. Now I am 39 and still looking for myself and my physical limitations etc. I did not work out when I was younger and am paying for it now that I am older. I have a lot to make up for!
Why I Love It:
The adrenaline, the way it makes me feel when I am done and the sense of accomplishment...
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I can be better than I am. My music and my husband. He is very supportive of me and my new Journey!
