How I Started:
I had health issues the last four years. My liver wasn't doing so good which made me put on some serious weight. I started at 215 then went up from there. Before you know it it was 4 years later and i weighed 275 out of shape not working out. Then one day i go to the docter and he said your all better. Then i found out i made rank but couldn't put it on due to my weight. So i had to do something about it.

I stay motivated because i know i'm that much closer to putting on rank and turning my overall health around.
BB Accomplishments:
I started at 275lbs in the middle of June. It's now August and im down to 235. I'm trying to get to a solid 220lbs. Then for long term 200lbs.
you start very well my friend, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, stay focus ....and work hard...the result follow rapidly...your bigest advantage..you are young.....good luck....Pecto
