johndfox18 Thats a great weight on the squats, I wouldn't be able able for that, these days I tend to go for a lower weight and higher reps to prevent injury. My weight never changes from 77-78kg in the last 6 months.When I come back from holiday mid March I intend to eat everything and bulkj up for 4 weeks then strip down for summer.
