My boyfriend decided to get himself in shape for applying to the fire brigade in the summer. And seeing his body go from skinny ass to toned and muscular made me want to improve my body and lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body changing, from fat to toned.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by taking lots of progress pictures, it helps A LOT to look back on even the slightest differences. Plus being able to fit back in to my old skinny clothes its great motivation. I CAN pull them up now, just need to be able to walk in them lol! !! i am so glad i kept them :D
For the last 3 years i have let my body go, well its stopping now. My long term goal is to be as fit and healthy as i was when i was in my early 20's for the summer.
Short term goal is to drop a dress size so i can wear a bikini and feel great on the beach.
Also i want to work on my diet so i am eating more veg, i got Delia smiths vege cook book for xmas which has given me lots of inspiration.
well it's been a few months since i have been on here :( haven't done much exercise wise but have been trying to maintain a healthy diet, for the most part I'm winning there (Y)
I watched a program the other day there about dieting and peoples life which put a spark back in me to get...
Im making a real concerted effort to watch waht i eat now. Ive even got myself smaller plates for dinner so i cant heap to much on there. We shall see. If you get any decent tips or ideas, keep me posted.
Hey, the trainings going well, its the diet thats where i'm falling down. I just enjoy "bad" foods too much. On the up side, i have to cycle to work now so that should add some decent cardio into the mix.
Hi again, things are good with training. Weather is getting warmer but still a lot of rain, I'll start training for my marathon around July. How are things in Scotland? What part are you from? I live in hte ver south of Ireland.
You're welcome, and you really are doing well. The training's going fine. Rest day today, but I find rest harder than work because you feel like you should be doing something productive. :P
Greetings, fellow Scot. Thanks for accepting my request. Your progress is great, you really can't tell that the earliest and latest pics are the same person.
Hey thanks! I'm exited. You've done a great job too!
Right now I'm trying to figure out my split routine for the next 12 weeks. Hopefully less time consuming that my current fullbody routine. Anyways, keep up!
absolutely shattered at the moment, its my sisters wedding 2mo so every things been a lil mental the last couple of days, having a 10 day break from training, which is nice, but have the frustration to bench 1000 reps lol
hey thanks for accepting, hope u and ur trainings going well, u are in great shape, all ur hard works paid off, hope u keep in touch, happy training :o)
