Description: Another leg raise workout. I started with a 20 lb dumbbell. I like to go from seated leg raises to hanging to work my transverse abs.

Description: Lat pull downs. First i'll do front pulldowns and then over to behind the neck.

Furniture movers ab work out
Description: I'm using furniture movers that I found in the gym for this exercise.
Theses frictionless pads allow me to glide freely across the floor. ( as you can see by my sweet dance moves)
