Being a certified Martial Arts Instructor, in Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga, it is my job to make sure my students are getting adequate fitness training. And it would be difficult for them to accept what i say about a healthier life if i myself didn't appear to be in good shape. So they keep me motivated and accountable.

Exercise of the day: Zercher Squats The Zercher squat's major benefit is the lack of compressional force on the spine due to the fact that the bar isn't axially loaded. Position the bar in the crook of your arms. Make sure the elbows are about shoulder width apart and your knuckles face the ceiling.
