I have been working out on and off for about 2 years, not really knowing what i was doing, but it wasn't till about 3 months ago that I became serious about bodybuilding. I snapped my humerus in half on december 26, 2007 snowboarding and underwent surgery. After 5 treacherous months of recuperation and physical therapy my ortho finally gave me the approval to start working out again. Never have I had the itch to want to train so bad in my life. The muscle atrophy resulting from the surgery made me depressed everytime I looked at my arm. I gradually began to train in May of this year and saw more growth than I have ever seen in the last 2 years. I am blatantly addicted.

I've always worked out but never weighted nutrition heavily, which apparently is as crucial if not more than your training. My goal is to put on 15lbs of lean mass. To accomplish this I will have to learn as much as I possibly can about diet principles and nutrion.
